After previously telling you about the Slingshot, I decided to delve into the elastic bands or resistance bands, which I personally find more <a href=\"https:\/\/bilboteam.com\/3-claves-entrenamiento-pectorales\/\">beneficial for my workouts<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<p>The elastic bands not only improve the mid and end range on the Bench press but also add an element of continuous resistance that fascinates me.<\/p>\n\n<p>So why not explore together how these &#8220;cachibachas&#8221;, as I like to call them, can transform our training?<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fundamentals of Elastic Band Training<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The elastic bands are amazing. The good thing is that this also serves as a stopper for the disks.<\/p>\n\n<p>For example, I use the red rubber and black rubber together to vary the tension.<\/p>\n\n<p>I will show you how to calculate the tension provided by the bands in kilos, which is super useful to adjust your routine.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benefits and Considerations of Resistance Band Training<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The benefits are clear: improvements in speed and explosiveness, and continuous work even in the final phases of the lift.
