For example, I start with 3 sets of 5 reps with a soft grip and then increase the difficulty.   <\/p>\n\n<p>I also alternate grip shapes to work different parts of the hand.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Innovative Exercises: Rice as a Tool<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<p>Do not underestimate the power of a simple bucket of rice.
