These are typical mistakes:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Swinging your body<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lifting too fast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not fully stretching at the bottom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Here\u2019s how to do it right to change the stimulus:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lift under control<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Squeeze at the top<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slowly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alternating bicep curl<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Perfect for fixing imbalances and improving control. Very useful if one arm does more work than the other. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Overhead triceps extension<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>You can use a dumbbell or the <strong>Neobar<\/strong>. That\u2019s key for adding arm size. Important: don\u2019t flare your elbows and control the movement.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dips at home<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>If you have two stable surfaces, this exercise is brutal.
